Consero is a secure online system that enables an employer to monitor an employee's exposure to vibrating tools and therefore limits the risk to their health and the possibility of suffering from Hand Arm Vibration System (HAVS).
Consero has a powerful alert system which automatically alerts managers about employees who may be at risk. Combined with reports and charts that manages every employee's exposure Consero provides a useful way of managing HAVS within an organisation.
Legislation now in place
The Control of Vibration at Work Regulations 2005 states that an employer should assess daily exposure to vibration by:
- observation of working practices
- understanding the impact of the equipment in use
- Measuring the magnitude of vibration to which employees are exposed

Tool Management
Consero enables you to manage the tools used by your employees. Magnitude readings can be retrieved from a master tool list or alternatively an actual reading can be used instead.
Employee Management
An employee's daily tool exposure can be input which is then used to determine if the employee is at risk.
Alerts and Reports Management
Consero has a powerful alert system, which includes automatically alerting managers when an employee is at risk of HAVS via SMS or email. Reports, including graphs/charts, can be displayed on screen or downloaded as PDF's.
